The denim ones are made from old jeans. An equally frugal-minded crafter gave me a huge tote full of beautiful denim pieces. I keep one in my purse all the time and use it instead of the paper ones. The baristas all think they're cute, and I have actually sold some to a few coffee shops in the area.
What a cute idea....do you ever do any of the craft shows and such?
ReplyDeleteJenn-I did both the Manhattan and the Bozeman Saturday Farmers' Markets last year but it wasn't very profitable for all the work we put in it. I do plan on showing up once in a while, but I'm not reserving a spot at either this year. The cup wraps did very well, probably the best of anything.
ReplyDeleteThe Farmer's Market in Livingston is nice. It is hit or miss though. My hubby and boys make picnic tables and sell them there...it is on Wednesday's 4-7 and its really cheap ...maybe 5-10$ each time...
